Reasonably priced and clean on move in. I got my full deposit back just by doing some basic cleaning and they didn’t try to charge me for stuff that I didn’t cause. Only major issue was I didn’t feel like I had enough time to decide whether or not to renew. I understand though because it’s a college town. I’d rent from them again.
