We offer a wide range of maintenance services for all managed properties, including 24/7 support from licensed and insured contractors. Our contractors are on-call and ready to respond quickly. Services include utility repairs and replacement, mold/mildew removal, and drain cleaning, among several others. Our cost-effective approach ensures a safe, preventative maintenance plan to address any issues that may arise so you don’t have to worry about it.

At Sofield Rentals, we prioritize transparency to help you make informed financial decisions. Our payment plan includes a $100 fee for labor and services related to property onboarding, such as photos and evaluation. We take 8% of the gross rental income. For tenant placement, there is a $100 fee for sourcing and screening. Additionally, we charge a 12% maintenance service fee, added to any subcontractor invoice.
