Apartment Rentals in Jefferson, NC – Jefferson Square multi-family apartments provides spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment units in Jefferson, NC.  They are large apartments with 700 square feet of living space for a low price.  If you need any extra room for furniture or other large items, we offer storage units to all of our tenants for an additional $50 per month.  All apartments use electric heat.  Trash pickup and city water/sewer are included with your monthly rent payment.

DIRECTIONS: From Boone, head south on US Highway 421 towards Wilkesboro.  Travel approximately 7.8 miles then turn left onto Highway 221 North.  Follow Highway 221 for to the intersection/light at Pizza Hut and Bojangles. Turn left. This will turn into Highway 88.  Continue 0.75 miles and the complex is on your left.
